The view from the Blue Coyote Supper Club in Ft. Myers is definitely worth the membership. So is the food. For starters we shared the Grilled Shrimp with a cold apple fennel salad tossed in a nice vinaigrette. You should also check out the Ahi Tuna
Ceviche served with corn tostadas, fresh lime and avocado. Other apps on the menu include Wild Mushroom Bruschetta, Escargot and a Cheese Platter.
Under salads we ordered the wedge one with traditional bleu cheese dressing and the other called a “swedge” with a balsamic reduction drizzle over top the creamy blue cheese dressing. Entree’s come with a choice of garden, caesar, cucumber, soup or wedge/swedge.
We had the Seared Chilean Sea Bass which was perfectly cooked and topped with sautéed tomato and caramelized onion with artichoke ravioli and a roasted tomato cream. A special that night was a Wild Mushroom Risotto to share. It was so good we ordered one to take home.
The portions are large so if you want to eat light there is an Angus Burger or a Grilled Chicken Sammie and they don’t mind splitting meals.
