Sushi lovers will be delighted to hear that J & P Asian Fusion is open (Sept. 2019) located in the same strip shopping center as Lobster Lady near the western end of Cape Coral Parkway.

Everything is fresh and prepared to order. The menu has several pages and many selections from appetizers of Edamame and Krab Ragoon to Sushi and Sashimi, Soup & Salads, Fried Rice, Chef Special Rolls, Build Your Own Dish, Noodle Soup, and Sizzling Plates.

Pictured above is the Fire Dragon – shrimp tempura with cream cheese topped with salmon, krab, spicy mayo eel sauce, masago, and a crunchy topping. We paired it with a California Roll with the buy one get one free offering.

The sashimi is served on a bed of glowing crushed ice with fresh lemon wedges. Also pictured above, a crunchy roll and eel.

There is a children’s menu with chicken and steak saute, fried boneless chicken served with fried rice or fried potatoes.

Hours Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday they are open until 10:30 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
