The Phelan Family has added another location with a water view in Cape Coral. Bimini Basin is now a destination by boat or drive up access. It has really added another dimension to Cape Coral.
On the menu is Hot Crab & Cheese Dip, Fried Green Tomatoes and delicious Conch Fritters.
The restaurant features a seafood bar with stone and snow crab, oysters, mussels, shrimp and Whole Maine Lobster. Available for take out.
There are four salads with a choice optional added protein and two soups. I recommend the Seafood Gumbo with a mix of seafood, andouille sausage, rice, okra, cajun trinity, tomatoes and herbs.
Under Chef Selections they offer a Coconut Crusted Hogfish, Chili Rub Tripletail, Blackened Mahi, Rum Glazed Salmon, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and Black Grouper Oscar.
You can also have Crab Cakes, and Coconut Shrimp as an entree with fries. They have two steak options the 6 oz Filet and the 16 oz T-Bone. There is a wide variety of fresh fresh prepared how you like: Blackened, Broiled or Grilled.
Handhelds are my favorite with The Big Fish Sandwich and they mean big, Lobster Roll, Mahi-Mahi, Cheeseburger and Oyster Po’Boy.
