Seattle is the coffee capital of the world. This morning we tried The Express Bar at Ballard Coffee Works where you order your espresso drinks and regular coffee. The froth was expertly poured leaving a trail of design to enjoy with every sip. You can explore coffee made from Africa, Asia and Latin America made the slow way — by french press, siphoned or design your favorite brew concoction. Ask for a breakfast sandwich with eggs and gourmet toppings. This place is quaint, join their coffee club, bring your dog. It’s just a short walk for those who live in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.
