imageimageimageArrive at the Sundial Beach Resort & Spa and walk through the grand entrance to be greeted by the hostess — enter and see a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you are a guest or island guest we recommend The Sea Breeze Cafe it for eggs benedict and mimosas or just your typical scrambled eggs and bloody mary. Or, for the simple and healthy, try a simple bowl of fresh Florida berries and a frosted glass of orange juice. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check out the shrimp cocktail, spicy wings, hummus, calarmri, chowder and a salad of your choice. From the water there is salmon, mahi-mahi, fish & chips, fish tacos. Of course there are burgers and fries, grouper your way, chicken BLTO and healthier options are the turkey BLT wrap, veggie wrap, cuban skinny and the ahi tuna burger. Dinner is served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Start the evening with a chilled shrimp cocktail, soup or salad. Entrees we enjoyed: sea scallop paella served on a bed of saffron rice, peas, tomatoes, peppers and onions and the hearts of palm & kale salad. This salad was awesome and featured onion, peppers, cilantro, fresh berries, feta and topped with a native orange and honey vinaigrette. There are also sandwiches, beef and chicken entrees, grouper, salmon, fresh catch and mahi-mahi. Children’s menu, full bar, beer, wine.Sundial Resort
