Savory Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme Leaves, Crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary Leaves, Crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
In a bowl stir together oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place pork into roasting pan.
Bake 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar over meat.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with roasted red potatoes and steamed asparagus. Also delicious with mashed potatoes and green peas or potato pancakes and applesauce.
