They specialize in USDA Prime Beef served on a 500-degree plate. This 40-oz. Tomahawk Ribeye (above) is sliced tableside and served with premier steak knives before the beef arrives. You can also add shrimp, lobster, and add select a sauce accompaniment of black truffle butter, shiitake demi-glace, and honey soy sauce or order the trio. Another steak on the menu: Filet, Ribeye, T-Bone, Cowboy Ribeye, New York Strip, Porterhouse for Two, Petite Filet and Ribeye, Bone-in Filet and New York Strip.
Barbecue Shrimp (below) is served in a white wine and garlic reduction over a bed of mashed potatoes.
The main courses are served A la carte. Side dishes are enough to serve 4 and the list is long. We shared the Signature Creamed Spinach and Potatoes Au Gratin. Other favorites as side dishes are Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Fire-Roasted Corn, Mushrooms, Sweet Potato Casserole, Grilled Asparagus, Baked Potato, Broccoli, French or Shoestring Fries.
Be sure and save room for dessert. Everything is homemade from the White Chocolate Bread Pudding to the Sorbet.
Happy Hour is served at the bar from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and the feature is definitely the Prime Burger and Fries. Other items include Crab Beignets, Roasted Chicken and Steak Sandwich, Seared Ahi Tuna, Spicy Shrimp and more.
Reservations highly suggested. Off-site catering available. Private dining rooms for large groups and business meetings.
