Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Garbanzo Beans, Drained
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini Paste
  • 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cumin

Instructions

  1. Drain beans and reserve liquid.

  2. Blend beans with remaining ingredients.

  3. If mixture seems dry, add bean liquid.

  4. Blend until creamy.

  5. Serve with grilled pita.
