
Cranberry Bread
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour, Sifted
- 1/2 Tsp. Soda
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar, Sifted
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Hot Water
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 2 Cups Cranberries, Cut in Half
- Grated Ring of one Orange
Instructions

Sift dry ingredients.

Add egg, butter, juice, and hot water and blend.

Fold in nuts, cranberries, and rind.

Bake in greased 9 x 5 loaf pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool. Wrap in wax paper for 24 hours.
