- 1 8 0z. Filet Mignon, grilled to medium
- 1 container Spring mix
- 1 bunch Bibb lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 3 drops Hot sauce
- 4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbles
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic, minced
Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill to your liking.
Let steak rest for 5 minutes.
Prepare salad with layers of greens.
Add tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles.
Prepare salad dressing ahead of time for best flavor.
Dressing recipe: mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, blue cheese, Worcestershire, salt and pepper and garlic.
Optional toppings - scallions, blue cheese crumbles, hard-boiled eggs.
