Ingredients

  • 1 8 0z. Filet Mignon, grilled to medium
  • 1 container Spring mix
  • 1 bunch Bibb lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 3 drops Hot sauce
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill to your liking.

  2. Let steak rest for 5 minutes.

  3. Prepare salad with layers of greens.

  4. Add tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles.

  5. Prepare salad dressing ahead of time for best flavor.

  6. Dressing recipe: mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, blue cheese, Worcestershire, salt and pepper and garlic. 

  7. Optional toppings - scallions, blue cheese crumbles, hard-boiled eggs.
