Ingredients
- 4 Zucchini
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, plus more for topping
- 1 Cup Fresh Basil, cut into pieces
- Salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions

Spiralize the zucchini. You can also use a vegetable peeler to make the noodles.

Put olive oil and garlic into a large skillet. Saute for a few minutes.

Add zucchini noodles. Cook for 8 minutes.

Then add tomatoes, basil, cheese, and seasonings.
