• 4 Zucchini
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil, cut into pieces
  • Salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes to taste


  1. Spiralize the zucchini. You can also use a vegetable peeler to make the noodles. 

  2. Put olive oil and garlic into a large skillet. Saute for a few minutes.

  3. Add zucchini noodles. Cook for 8 minutes.

  4. Then add tomatoes, basil, cheese, and seasonings.
