Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Stick Butter Melted
- 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Pineapple Fresh
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt 1/2 stick butter and brown sugar in cast iron skillet.

Add fresh pineapple.

Sift dry ingredients.
Add 1/2 stick melted butter and remaining ingredients.

Mix until blended.

Pour over pineapple and brown sugar.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Turn upside down and serve.
