The view, music, cold ones and great food all add up to what you will find located deep in the heart of Captiva — Its called the Mucky Duck. Its a lunch and dinner place and closes at 9:30 p.m. There are rules for dinner guests. You have to arrive at 4:15 p.m. to put your name on the list. Grouper is always a hit, especially the “French-Style” that is topped with seasoned butter and wine sauce. Other favorites include: grilled swordfish, peel & eat shrimp, filet, English Fish & Chips, and pork chops.
