Whether its a girls night, a private party or the two of you out for dinner, Cru is one of those places that offers a variety of freshly prepared menu items. Located in the Bell Tower Shops in Ft. Myers, Cru has a half club atmosphere and a full dining experience. The chef table is also available for those who enjoy watching food preparation by Chef Bob and his team. The portions are sized appropriately for appetizers and dinner alike. Start your evening off with some sparkling water, a martini or glass of wine. Appetizers include sushi style crab and salmon roll, melt in mouth BBQ short ribs, carmelized scallops, or tenderloin tartar. A salad suggestion — the arugla and goat cheese salad with cranberries and toasted hazelnuts. For dinner, try the larger portion of the braised short ribs served over a bed of mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, filet mignon, and grilled organic chicken. Might want to leave room for homemade dessert — peach cobbler, warm molten lava cake and key lime pie for a palette cleanser. There is a full bar accompanied by an extensive wine and beer menu. cru
