Hidden inside of Nordstrom is the bistro — One of its best kept secrets. Cafe Bistro is a great place to grab a gourmet lunch with the girls or for shoppers who need a break. A must try is lobster bisque or tomato bisque with a crostini. A menu mainstay is french onion soup baked with provolone and gruyere cheeses. Under salads try the warm asian glazed chicken salad with veggies, crispy wontons, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds in a ginger sesame dressing. Another favorite is the Niçoise salad with salmon mixed with green beans, olives, tomatoes, red onion, potatoes, egg, capers in dijon balsamic vinaigrette. In the sandwich selection try the bistro club with chicken, citrus turkey with cranberry chutney, or the roasted veggie on focaccia. For a heavier meal check out the sauteed chicken, grilled shrimp and asparagus risotto, chicken with fingerling potatoes, salmon risotto, flat iron steak and bistro french fries with a kalamata olive aioli.
