Ingredients
- 3 to 4 Ripe Nectarines, Peaches or Plums
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Vanilla Bean (Split and Seeds Scraped)
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Confectioner's sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place the tart pan in the oven while it is preheating.

Blend milk, cream, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and flour until smooth.

Remove preheated pan. Add butter to coat bottom of the pan.

Pour batter into pan. Top with sliced fruit.
Bake 40 minutes or until browned.

Dust with confectioner's sugar.
