• 4 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
  • 2 Shakes Hot Sauce
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. To Make Hard Boiled Eggs: Put eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain the eggs and run under cold water to cool. Peel.

  2. Cut eggs in half. Scoop out yellow and mix with mayo, mustard, vinegar, onion, hot sauce with a fork.

  3. Spoon mixture into halves.

  4. Sprinkle with paprika.

  5. Refrigerate until set.
