• 1 Can Tuna, packed in water or fresh if you can find in your area
  • 1/3 Cup Red or Sweet Onion, Finely minced
  • 1/4 Cup Celery, Finely Chopped
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • Drizzle Olive Oil
  • Olives, assorted
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. To prepare tuna salad. Drain tuna. Add onion and celery. 

  2. Place rinsed greens into a bowl or salad plate. Then garnish with avocado, tomato quarters and olives of your choice. 

  3. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and olive oil. 

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
