- 1 Can Tuna, packed in water or fresh if you can find in your area
- 1/3 Cup Red or Sweet Onion, Finely minced
- 1/4 Cup Celery, Finely Chopped
- Avocado, sliced
- Tomatoes, Quartered
- 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- Drizzle Olive Oil
- Olives, assorted
- Salt and pepper to taste
To prepare tuna salad. Drain tuna. Add onion and celery.
Place rinsed greens into a bowl or salad plate. Then garnish with avocado, tomato quarters and olives of your choice.
Drizzle with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
