• 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Onions, Minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Pie Crust, Pillsbury
  • A pinch Fresh Nutmeg, Grated
  • Parmesan Cheese on top


  1. Preheat to oven 400 degrees.

  2. Whip eggs with cream, onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  3. Put pie crust into pie pan and fill with egg mixture.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

  5. Let cool for 10 minutes. 

We also add vegetables like spinach and mushrooms and proteins such as ham, sausage and bacon.
