- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jalepeno, seeded and minced
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
