Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Mangos,diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jalepeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Let salsa sit for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Great on top of fish.
