Ingredients
- Brisket, 3 to 4 pounds
- 1 Cup Catsup
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic, crushed
Instructions

Place brisket in 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over meat.

Cover with foil, shiny side out.

Bake 275 degrees for 6 hours.

Remove from oven. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Slice across the grain.

Serve warm or use for sandwiches.
This brisket recipe is always a crowd-pleaser. Can make a day ahead.
I also boil the sauce down once I remove the meat from the pan.
