We had a wonderful brunch at Brasserie by Niche in The Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis. Enjoying brunch or a cocktail is always a good idea. We love the food, service at the atmosphere of Brasserie. The brunch menu is a mix of French favorites from beignets to brioche french toast and Croque madame.
I ordered the eggs benedict with perfectly poached eggs, toasted brioche, ham, dijon hollandaise, and breakfast potatoes
If breakfast isn’t your thing you can order the frisee salad, the brasserie burger, brisket tartine or an eclair with cream cheese custard, plum raspberry jam and oat crisp. Top dishes in the evening include French Onion Soup, Roasted Chicken, The Veggie Tart, Escargot and Mussels. They have hand-crafted cocktails along with a nice wine list.
Hours are Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; 4580 Laclede Ave.
