Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Ham, chopped
  • 2 Cups Cheese, Shredded (White Cheddar)
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Place pie crust into quiche or pie pan.

  3. Sprinkle ham, shredded cheeses and onion into the pie crust.

  4. In a blender, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour egg mixture into the pie crust.

  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dot with butter.

  7. Bake 35 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
