• Mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 pound Blue Cheese, Maytag crumbles
  • 3 Tbsp. Chives
  • 3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 Pound Ground Sirlion
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Pound Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce


  1. Use leftover mashed potatoes. Add sour cream, chives, and blue cheese. Set Aside.

  2. Saute onion in butter. Add beef, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste, flour, stock, Worcestershire.

  3. Cook until onions are soft and beef is brown and the sauce becomes thick.

  4. In a pie pan, you can put in an already made pie crust or not use one if you are counting carbs.

  5. Put the beef mixture on the bottom. Top with mashed potato mixture.

  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
