Ingredients

  • 3 White Potatoes
  • 3 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
  • Pickle relish, optional

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender. I cook with the skin on. Remove, peel and cut into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Mix mayo, mustard, salt & pepper.

  3. Add green onions to potatoes.

  4. Top with mayo mixture.

  5. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
