Ingredients
- 3 White Potatoes
- 3 Green Onions, Chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
- Pickle relish, optional
Instructions

Boil potatoes until fork-tender. I cook with the skin on. Remove, peel and cut into 1 inch cubes.

Mix mayo, mustard, salt & pepper.

Add green onions to potatoes.

Top with mayo mixture.

Refrigerate. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
