Blackened Grouper

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Grouper per person
  • Blackening seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat saute pan. Add 3 Tbsp. butter. Melt.

  2. Season grouper with blackening seasoning.

  3. Saute one side until it gets crusty.

  4. Turn over and finish.

  5. Cooking time about 10 minutes on each side.
