Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Grouper per person
- Blackening seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
Instructions

Heat saute pan. Add 3 Tbsp. butter. Melt.

Season grouper with blackening seasoning.

Saute one side until it gets crusty.

Turn over and finish.

Cooking time about 10 minutes on each side.
