• 1 Cup Lime Juice, Store Bought or Fresh Squeezed
  • 1 Lime, zested
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 14-oz. Condensed Milk, Sweetened
  • 1/3 Of a 1-pound box of graham crackers, crushed or buy crushed graham crackers
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • Whip Cream Optional


  1. To make crust mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and butter.

  2. Place into a pie pan and cook at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool.

  3. To make the filling: beat egg yolks until thick. Add condensed milk, lime juice, zest. Mix well. Pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees and bake until set or about 15 minutes.

  4. Top with whip cream if desired.

  5. To make whip cream I use a small container of heavy whipping cream, add 3 Tbsp. sugar and whip until stiff.
