• 1 Ham, bone-in (any size you prefer)
  • 1 can Pineapple in its own juice, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar, Light
  • Cloves, ground


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Baking times vary on the size of the ham. The rule of thumb 30 minutes per pound.

  3. Prepare the roasting pan. Place ham into the pan. Rub ham with ground cloves. Arrange pineapples on the outside of the ham using toothpicks. Top with brown sugar.

  4. Bake. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
