Ingredients
- 1 peck Fresh Green Beans, from farmers market if possible
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 pkg. Mushrooms
- 1 small Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 Cup Light Soy Sauce
- 1 container French Onions
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Thyme
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Clean green beans. Cut in half. Boil in salt water 20 minutes.

Drain. Place beans into prepared 8 x 8 pyrex pan. Add sauteed mushrooms, cream, soup, seasonings. We also add 1 tsp. each of garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, and soy. Mix.

Bake for 50 minutes, the last 10 minutes add the onions.
