Ingredients

  • 1 peck Fresh Green Beans, from farmers market if possible
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pkg. Mushrooms
  • 1 small Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 container French Onions
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Clean green beans. Cut in half. Boil in salt water 20 minutes.

  3. Drain. Place beans into prepared 8 x 8 pyrex pan. Add sauteed mushrooms, cream, soup, seasonings. We also add 1 tsp. each of garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, and soy. Mix.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes, the last 10 minutes add the onions.
