• 6 Chicken Cutlets
  • 6 Slices Ham
  • 6 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt, Pepper, Onion and Garlic Powder
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery or Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 Box Chicken Broth or Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine, Optional (the rest is for drinking)


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Put olive oil into your pyrex baking dish. Place ham and cheese into the chicken and roll. Then roll chicken into olive oil in your dish.

  3. Sprinkle with flour, just a dusting. Add spices.

  4. Bake 20 minutes.

  5. To make sauce: blend soups until thickened.

  6. Take chicken out of oven and top with half of the sauce.

  7. Bake another 10 minutes.
