
Split Pea Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Ham Bone
- 2 boxes Chicken Stock
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 4 Carrots, Peeled and Chopped
- 3 Celery Stalks, Chopped
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Whole
- 1 Shallot, Chopped
- 1 16-oz. bag Split Peas
- 1 Tsp. Thyme, dried
- 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions

Put everything into a slow cooker.

Cook for 8 hours on high.

Remove ham bone and bay leaf.

Immersion the mixture.

Shred ham with forks and return to mixture.

Serve.
