Loaded Cauliflower Casserole


  • 1 Head Cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 Pieces Bacon, cooked and cut up into pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Green onions, chopped


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Place cauliflower onto a baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and dot with butter or sprinkle with olive oil. Bake 20 minutes.

  3. While that is cooking mix the remainder of ingredients.

  4. Remove cauliflower from the oven. Transfer to a sprayed casserole dish.

  5. Top with cheese mixture.

  6. Reduce temperature to 400 degrees. 

  7. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown on top.
