• 1 lb. Ground beef, pork and veal (get from your meat market)
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasonings


  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix everything into a medium mixing bowl. Don't overmix. Form into 1" balls.

  3. Place onto a greased baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Turn over halfway to get meatballs brown on both sides. Add to noodles and sauce.

  5. We like Rao Marinara Sauce mixed with 2 cloves garlic and a 1/4 cup white wine.

  6. Serve over store-bought fresh pasta - I used fettuccine noodles.
