- 1 1/2 Cups Arborio Rice
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 Large Stalk Broccoli, cleaned and chopped finely
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
In a saucepan, coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil over medium heat.
Put rice into the pan. Coat with olive oil. Add garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper.
When you hear the rice sizzle start adding the broths a little at a time stirring constantly.
Add broccoli and remaining broth.
Stir a couple more times.
Add Parmesan Cheese.
Place lid pan. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Top with more cheese before serving.
