Rosemary Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-4 bone in chicken breasts with skin
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • Poached lemon skins from one lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken into sprayed pan, skin side up

  2. Drizzle olive oil, add garlic, salt, pepper, add rosemary into pan

  3. Add lemon peels

  4. Bake one hour at 400 degrees

  5. Baste chicken every 15 minutes to get crispy skin
