Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can Pineapple Tidbits
  • 4 Cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Almonds, slivered and toasted
  • 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain Pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp. juice

  2. Combine pineapple, chicken, next 4 ingredients.

  3. Combine reserved pineapple juice, mayo, mustard and salt.

  4. Add chicken and mix well.
