
Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can Pineapple Tidbits
- 4 Cups Cooked Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/3 Cup Almonds, slivered and toasted
- 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- salt to taste
Instructions

Drain Pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp. juice

Combine pineapple, chicken, next 4 ingredients.

Combine reserved pineapple juice, mayo, mustard and salt.

Add chicken and mix well.
